Free Initial Consultation

We know that setting your first orthodontic appointment is a big step. The first appointment, or initial consult, is designed to help you understand the process of orthodontics and see if you would benefit from treatment. Because not everyone benefits from orthodontic treatment we do not charge for your initial orthodontic evaluation.

Our goal is to make your introduction into orthodontics easier.

If we determine that you would benefit from orthodontic treatment we will minimize financial obstacles in order to help you obtain treatment.

Payment options:

• Cash Discount

We offer a 5% cash discount if you choose to pay for your treatment up front !

• Paying over time:

12, 18 , and 24 month no interest. There is a down payment and the balance is paid over the length of the treatment with no interest incurred.

• CareCredit

Take up to 60 months to pay with low monthly payments and no initial down payment.  We can find out if you qualify for CareCredit during the first visit.

• Dental Insurance:

If you have dental insurance, bring your insurance card. We will be able to give you an estimate of your costs at the first visit. We will call the insurance company on your behalf and find out if you have any orthodontic benefits and what they may be. All the claims will be submitted for you and we will do everything we can to get you your full reimbursement.
