Vicki, Scheduling Coordinator
About Vicki
Vicki is likely the first person you will talk to when you call our office. She is also probably the first one you will see when you walk in the door. She sits at the front desk and greets patients and their families as they enter the office. She also is the last person you will talk to on your way out because she is responsible for keeping our schedule and setting your next appointment. Vick is originally from Louisville, KY. She has worked for our office since 2001. She has a warm personality and a great sense of humor.

” I am married and a proud mom of three kids, three dogs, and a cat. I enjoy playing volleyball and riding our Harley with my husband. I look forward every summer to vacationing with my family at the Outer Banks. I enjoy coming to work every day and seeing the patients and their families. It is also a pleasure working for Dr. Dennis and working with the rest of the team. It is like my second family. “

About Judy
When you first begin treatment Judy helps you to get started. When you come for your initial consult Judy is next person you will see after Vicki. Judy assist Dr. Dennis while she examines you and discusses your concerns and goals during your initial consult. Judy is from Louisa County and has been with us since we opened the office in 1998.
A personal note from Judy
” I am a proud parent of four and a proud grandparent of five. I love my two dogs and three cats. I enjoy shopping for shoes and purses. I love walking with friends and family in my spare time. Judy has now been apart of the Orthodontic community for over 20 years!!”
Sharon, Financial Coordinator
About Sharon
Sharon was part of the original team back in 1998. When Vicki is on the other line or can’t answer the phone she will answer. Sharon handles the billing and insurance. She has a kind and patient personality and has been part of the dental community for a long time.

“I have been in orthodontics with Dr Dennis for over 9 years. I took a break for two years to be a stay at home mom. I have two grown children and two grandchildren. I enjoy hiking, antiquing, bluegrass music, and spending time with my children and my grandchildren!
Pam, Ortho Technician / Marketing Coordinator
About Pam
You may see Pam in the back working on patients or at your elementary school teaching children about the benefits of Orthodontics and handing out prizes. Pam is from Fluvanna and has been with us since 1999

” I’ve been a part of the team since 1999 and I still enjoy seeing our patients finished smiles! I now live on an old farm sharing great memories with my husband. I am also a proud grandmother and I love spending time with my daughter and my Grandson!. I also enjoy traveling, camping, social events, and having fun with family and friends.
Tabby, Clinical Coordinator / Office Manager
About Tabby
Tabby keeps things running smoothly. She also sees most of our Invisalign patients. She is from Greene County, has been with us since 2001 and is almost always smiling.

“I am married to my high school sweetheart and I am a proud mother of two girls. I am also a proud owner of a dog. I love exercising and spending time with my family. Angie, Ortho Technician
About Angie
Along with Judy, and Sharon Angie has been with our office since we started in 1998. Originally one of only three full time employees she can now been seen here on a part time basis. The rest of her time she devotes to her two daughters and husband. Angie is from Louisa County and seems to know everyone.

“I have been in orthodontics with my mom, Judy, for over17 years but in 2000 I took time off to be a stay at home mom. I returned in 2006 as a part time employee. I am married and a mother of two beautiful girls. I love my cat and dog. I enjoy camping and going to the beach with my family and friends.”

About Kristin
Although Kristin has worked for us since 2008 she is our newest employee. She is from Greene County but lives in the city now. She has a warm personality and likes to laugh.

“I am currently attending school to become a dental hygienist. The experience I am getting here is amazing! Dr. Dennis is such a great person to work for, she really has encouraged me to go to school to get my degree in hygiene. I am a proud mom of a little Chihuahua. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. “
